The streptavidin magnetic beads are formed by covalently combining of superparamagnetic hydrophilic polymer particles with high-purity streptavidin. Simple, fast and efficient combination and separation of multiple biotinylated ligands, such as biotinylated antibodies, proteases, nucleic acids or other biotinylated target molecules, the high affinity of this streptavidin-biotin has a wide range of applications in many biological experiments. The combination of streptavidin and magnetic beads makes the process of capture, rinsing and detection of biotinylated samples much easier, and the system is easier to apply to large-scale multi-sample automation.
