Product introduction:
The kit uses magnetic beads to adsorb DNA to achieve rapid purification of bacterial genomic DNA. It is suitable for extracting high-purity genomic DNA from different bacterial samples. The genomic DNA (OD260-OD320)/(OD280-OD320) purified by this kit is between 1.7 and 2.0, which can be used for PCR/RT-PCR, Real. -time PCR/Real-time RT-PCR, second-generation sequencing, gene chip and other molecular biology experiments.
