Product description:
The soil genomic DNA extraction kit is used to extract genomic DNA from spores and spores of all organisms in the soil including G+ bacteria, yeasts, fungi, algae, nematodes and even eubacteria. It can also extract DNA from other environmental samples, such as sediment, excreta, wastewater, snow water, and so on. Only 500 mg of sample is needed to get enough DNA. The experimental principle is to treat the sample with a special lysis medium, and then use the soil-like genomic DNA extraction kit to explain the steps for purification. The obtained DNA can be used for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, electrophoresis and other downstream experiments.
