Product Description:
This kit uses a magnetic separation and buffer system with unique separation. It is designed for rapid, highly sensitive and efficient extraction of viral DNA/RNA from samples. Specially coated magnetic beads have a very high target nucleic acid under certain conditions. Strong affinity, and when the conditions change, the magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acid, which can achieve the purpose of rapidly separating and purifying the nucleic acid. Contaminants and enzyme inhibitors can be effectively purified without using toxic reagents such as chloroform. The purified nucleic acid is suitable for various common downstream experiments such as reverse transcription, PCR, and RT-PCR.
