Description of Graphite

Graphite lubricant is mainly used to uniformly distribute graphite powder in water, oil, or another medium to form a stable colloid. It can be directly applied to the parts to be lubricated by rubbing, dip coating or spraying, or it can be added. It is in contact with the metal surface, which not only forms a strong lubricating film but also improves the wetting of the metal surface to other lubricants, thus maintaining long-term lubrication. Besides, since graphite powder is present as the finest particles, it acts as a dry graphite lubricant, which quickly penetrates tightly fitted sliding or rotating parts to provide excellent lubrication.
