Description of ZDDP Additive

Zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP) is a widely used multi-effect additive with excellent extreme pressure、 abrasion resistance, and oxidation resistance. ZDDP additive can prevent the viscosity of the oils from increasing due to the high-temperature oxidation. It is recommended for use in blending industrial lubricants such as gear oils, hydraulic oils, etc.

MoDTC and ZnDDP have a good antiwear synergistic effect. After the two additives are combined, the antifriction and antiwear properties of the lubricant oil are improved.

Recommended dosage of ZDDP Additive

0.5%-3.0% .

Storage Conditions of ZDDP Additive

The short-term maximum temperature of ZDDP additive storage and transportation temperature should not exceed 75℃; 

If it is stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. The product shelf life is two years.

ZDDP additive is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive and does not require special protection.
